We love doing portraits of people in their environment, such as the office or farm.

This is Vivian, the head nurse of the operating room of the Cagayan de Oro Polymedic General Hospital before she went abroad. By chance, she had a light scar -- an interesting symbol -- near her right eyebrow.

The photo, one of about 40 made at the hospital, was composed with light from a large surgical lamp.
